Mailing list members are persons that get bulk emails, including weekly and/or monthly newsletters. Depending on the software application that’s used to manage a specific list, they may have joined personally, giving their explicit consent to be part of the mailing list, or they may have been added manually. The latter suggests that they will de facto receive unsolicited messages. Generally, subscribers can be managed by the mailing list admin who can add or remove them, or they can unsubscribe manually in case they do not want to receive email messages from now on. All mailing list subscribers will always get the very same message provided that they are part of the same mailing list, but a single member will never be able to view the other mailing list members in the "To" section of the message.

Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers

If you host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with us and you would like to send periodic newsletters to your customers, you’ll be able to create as many mailing lists as you want. You can have as many mailing list members as you wish too. You’ll be able to take advantage of one of the most popular software apps available on the marketplace – Majordomo. Managing your subscribers will be as easy as sending an email message with a given command to majordomo@domain.com. In this way, you can view all the members of a particular mailing list, approve new ones or delete the ones that shouldn’t get your messages any longer. You’ll also get access to a handful of how-to articles in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section where you’ll discover more in-depth information regarding the management of your subscribers, including all Majordomo commands.
